By downloading, installing, or using WhisprJournal (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WhisprJournal is a self-reflection and nervous system awareness tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App constitutes or should be construed as professional mental health care, psychological treatment, or clinical therapy.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or an emergency, please contact emergency services (911), the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not rely on this App in a crisis situation.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must create an account to use most features of the App. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe have been compromised.
WhisprJournal offers a free tier and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly basis ($14.99/month), annual basis ($99.99/year), or as a lifetime purchase ($299 one-time).
Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to those platforms' billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not process refunds directly; refund requests must be submitted to the applicable app store.
A free trial may be offered for new subscribers. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
All content, features, functionality, design, code, branding, trade dress, logos, audio files, AI-generated responses, and visual elements of WhisprJournal are the exclusive intellectual property of Selece Ann Reeves and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The name "WhisprJournal," the App's logo, brand identity, nervous system regulation methodology as implemented in the App, and all original creative content within the App are proprietary to Selece Ann Reeves. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You retain ownership of the journal entries, voice recordings, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). Because of our zero-knowledge encryption architecture, we cannot access your User Content and do not claim any ownership rights to it.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App; attempt to circumvent the App's encryption or security features; use automated systems to access the App; or interfere with other users' use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selece Ann Reeves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
